Employee Incentive Program

 

FitClub

 

The FitClub is an incentive program based on maintaining a workout schedule for the duration of the calendar year.  Workout programs are based on each individual's personal exercise goals.  Higher points are awarded for individuals opting to perform cardiovascular exercise.  Each type of exercise (aerobic, anaerobic and leisure activities) has a minimum time that must be met in order to earn points for that activity.  The objective of the FitClub is to reward you for your commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

Participants will use the FitClub workout cards to log their workouts.  Cards are to be turned in to the Seal Beach Fitness Center Staff at the end of the month.

 

 

Activities and corresponding point totals:

AEROBIC
Running, Jogging, Power Walking, Cycling, Stairmaster, Treadmill, Summit Trainer, Aerobics Class, Rowing,
Lap Swimming, Triathlons
(Must be 30 Minutes minimum to count)      = 3 Points

ANAEROBIC
Competitive Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Weight Training,
Self Defense Classes
(Must Be 30 Minutes minimum to count)     = 2 Points

RECREATION / LEISURE
Golf, Softball, Bowling, Leisure Walking (Window Shopping)
(Must be 60 minutes minimum to count)      =1 Points

 

Incentives

You will earn an incentive prize when you pass the following milestones:

 160 Points (Level 1)

320 Points (Level 2)

560 Points (Level 3)
