
The FitClub is an incentive program based on maintaining a workout schedule for the duration of the calendar year. Workout programs are based on each individual's personal exercise goals. Higher points are awarded for individuals opting to perform cardiovascular exercise. Each type of exercise (aerobic, anaerobic and leisure activities) has a minimum time that must be met in order to earn points for that activity. The objective of the FitClub is to reward you for your commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Running, Jogging, Power Walking, Cycling, Stairmaster, Treadmill, Summit Trainer, Aerobics Class, Rowing, Lap Swimming, Triathlons.
Competitive Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Weight Training, Self Defense Classes .
Golf, Softball, Bowling, Leisure Walking (Window Shopping).
