Boeing Seal Beach Fitness Center Badge Process for Retiree 

1. Pick up packet from either Fitness Center or Badge office

2. Fill out highlighted area

3. Return packet to either Badge office or Fitness Center

Retiree badges will be processed every Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  In order for your picture to be taken, all required documents listed below must be presented to the badge office: 

1. Valid photo ID (with current picture) issued from a U.S. Government or State agency (i.e. drivers license, passport, military ID, etc.) or a foreign passport

2. Proof of citizenship document (original or certified copy) identified on the Export Control Compliance Verification Form (ECCVF). The ECCVF is also a part of form V70158.

3. Completed Retiree Badge access agreement letter (Appendix A)
